Dale Holness - A man of Action
Dale V. C. Holness, is a very active official in the Broward community.

In his 6 years on the Lauderhill Commission, he has shown integrity, commitment, vision and leadership.

Dale Holness has always strived to engage the community and had done so through Town Hall meetings with religious leaders, community leaders, business owners, and residents. As a result, the public shares in a new found awareness of the plans to move the city forward and feels a sense of accomplishment when plans are materialized.

Holness was active in many civic organizations, including serving as:

     * President of the Sister City International;

    * Vice Chair, Fort Lauderdale Broward County Enterprise Zone;

    * Board Member, Lauderhill Chamber of Commerce;

    * Life Member, NAACP;

    * Board Member, Lauderhill Democratic Club;

    * Board Member, Community Family Center;

    * Member of the Haitian American Leadership Organization and

    * President, Royal Oaks Condominium Association.

He was also very involved in youth development – a high priority while he was Vice Mayor of the city of Lauderhill.
